Position Overview:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, company culture, and specific role requirements.

  3. Recruitment Process Optimization:
    • Utilize advanced recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.

    • Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  4. Networking and Relationship Building:

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
