Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation and Strategy Development: We provide strategic IT consultation services to telecommunications clients, including assessing current infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending tailored technology solutions. We also develop IT strategies that align with the clientโ€™s business goals and enhance network performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Systems Integration and Optimization: We assist clients with implementing and integrating telecommunications systems, including OSS (Operations Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems). We ensure seamless integration between network components and software applications to enhance efficiency, connectivity, and customer service.
  • Network Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for telecommunications networks, addressing system issues to minimize downtime and ensure reliable network operations. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network infrastructure problems and provide timely solutions to prevent service interruptions.
  • Digital Transformation Initiatives: Lead digital transformation initiatives by helping clients adopt modern technologies, such as 5G, cloud computing, software-defined networking (SDN), and network function virtualization (NFV). Assist clients in modernizing their IT infrastructure to keep pace with the rapidly evolving telecommunications landscape.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze network data to identify patterns and trends that can enhance network performance and customer experience. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to give clients insights into key performance metrics, helping them make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Implementation: I assist telecommunications clients with implementing and optimizing CRM systems to enhance customer engagement, streamline customer support, and drive service delivery. I ensure that CRM solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of telecom providers.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hardware and software vendors to ensure seamless integration and support for telecommunications infrastructure. Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related queries, facilitating clear communication between clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure telecommunications systems comply with industry regulations, standards, and cybersecurity protocols. Implement best practices to safeguard sensitive information, protect network integrity, and minimize the risk of data breaches or other security incidents.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training programs and conduct workshops for client teams to ensure proper use of telecommunications systems. To support end users, create detailed documentation, including user manuals, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor network and system performance to identify areas for improvement. Proactively recommend changes and improvements to enhance network stability, reduce latency, and ensure high-quality service delivery for customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in relevant areas, such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), PMP, or ITIL, are a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting, preferably in the telecommunications sector, is required. Proven expertise in network optimization, systems integration, and implementing OSS/BSS systems is also required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including 5G, SDN, NFV, OSS/BSS, and cloud computing. Experience working with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and telecommunications management software.
  • Problem Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Ability to adapt to different situations and develop practical solutions under pressure.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in delivering presentations and conducting training for clients or employees is highly desirable.
  • Project Management: Experience planning, managing, and executing IT projects for telecommunications clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
