Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Training Facilitator to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality training programs to our remote workforce, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, remote training delivery, and adult education principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Development and Delivery:
    • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and interactive training programs tailored to remote employees.
    • Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including webinars, e-learning modules, and virtual workshops.
    • Ensure training content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.
  2. Content Creation:
    • Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital content.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
    • Continuously update and refine training materials based on feedback and industry best practices.
  3. Training Facilitation:
    • Lead live virtual training sessions, ensuring high levels of engagement and interaction.
    • Use various online tools and platforms to facilitate training, including video conferencing software, learning management systems, and collaboration tools.
    • Manage participant engagement and address questions or issues in real time during training sessions.
  4. Needs Assessment and Evaluation:
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Analyze feedback from participants and adjust training strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  5. Participant Support:
    • Provide ongoing support and resources to training participants, including follow-up sessions and additional materials as needed.
    • Offer one-on-one coaching and guidance to employees requiring additional assistance.
  6. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with HR, department managers, and other stakeholders to align training programs with organizational objectives.
    • Participate in regular meetings with the training team to share insights, discuss challenges, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  7. Technical Expertise:
    • Stay current with trends and advancements in remote training technologies and methodologies.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to training delivery and provide solutions as needed.
    • Ensure training platforms and tools are utilized effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  1. Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on remote training delivery.
    • Proven experience with various e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
  2. Skills and Competencies:
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in using online collaboration tools and learning management systems (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Moodle).
    • Ability to create engaging and interactive training content tailored to diverse learning styles.
