Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Program Developer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Design & Development:
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), managers, and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.

    • Ensure all training programs are aligned with the company’s goals, culture, and industry standards, fostering employee engagement and retention.

    • Create training content for a variety of formats, including synchronous (live sessions) and asynchronous (self-paced) learning.

  2. Learning Management System (LMS) Management:
    • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accessibility and functionality for all users.

    • Monitor user engagement, track progress, and generate reports on learning outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience designing and developing training programs, particularly for a remote or hybrid workforce.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), and e-learning best practices.
