Join a Creative Mission, Not Just a Job
Are you a visionary with a passion for immersive worlds and interactive experiences? We're seeking a Remote Unreal Engine Developer who’s more than just a coder—you’re a digital storyteller, a technical artist, and a dreamer who builds with code. As part of our global team, you’ll shape virtual environments that spark wonder and challenge the boundaries of what's possible. With an annual salary of $129,348, this is your opportunity to lead with creativity, develop across dimensions, and leave a mark in the next wave of interactive innovation.
About the Role
This isn’t your typical development gig. You’ll be at the intersection of cutting-edge graphics and gameplay mechanics, using Unreal Engine to transform bold ideas into fully realized experiences. From photorealistic environments to intuitive player mechanics, your work will be foundational to the player’s journey. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, iterate, and polish features that inspire awe and engagement.

- Build interactive systems with blueprints and C++ that delight users and push creative boundaries.
Technical Innovation
- Prototype experimental features and implement custom solutions to complex challenges.
- Integrate third-party libraries and toolsets that elevate the development pipeline.
- Keep up with the latest Unreal Engine releases and identify opportunities to leverage new capabilities.
- Ensure modularity and scalability in your code to future-proof upcoming iterations.
Collaborative Creativity
- Participate in creative design sessions and contribute fresh, innovative gameplay ideas.
- Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and standups in a fully remote Agile environment.
- Communicate transparently with stakeholders across time zones and disciplines.
- Support less-experienced developers by sharing insights, reviewing their code, and encouraging professional growth. Encourage growth and confidence.
Work Environment
