Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, including employee performance, attendance, turnover rates, and productivity metrics.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor workforce trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Identify patterns and anomalies in workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  2. Workforce Planning and Optimization:
    • Collaborate with HR and management teams to assess current workforce needs and forecast future staffing requirements.
    • Analyze staffing levels, job roles, and resource allocation to ensure optimal alignment with organizational goals.
    • Support the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Performance Metrics and Benchmarking:
    • Establish and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of workforce programs and initiatives.
    • Benchmark workforce performance against industry standards and best practices to identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide recommendations for enhancing employee productivity and satisfaction based on data-driven insights.
  4. Data Integrity and Compliance:
    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of workforce data by implementing and maintaining data quality standards.
    • Comply with data protection regulations and organizational policies when handling sensitive employee information.
    • Perform regular audits of workforce data systems and processes to ensure compliance and address any discrepancies.
  5. Reporting and Communication:
    • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate complex data findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.
    • Facilitate meetings and discussions to support data-driven decision-making and strategy development.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics and human resources management.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance workforce management practices.
    • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in workforce analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Workforce Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a remote work environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other relevant workforce management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to workforce management.
