Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership and Engagement:

- Performance Monitoring and Development:

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Masterโs degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in workforce management or a similar role, with at least 2 years managing a remote team.
- Proven expertise in workforce planning, performance management, and team development.
- Strong understanding of remote work technologies and tools like Slack, Zoom, and Asana.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and improve performance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements related to remote work.
- Certification in workforce management or related fields is a plus.
