Key Responsibilities:

- Create programs and initiatives to increase remote employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.

- Performance Management:

Key Qualifications and Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in workforce strategy, remote work management, or human resources with a focus on distributed teams.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful remote workforce strategies for large, distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of remote collaboration tools, technologies, and platforms like Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with diverse teams, including HR, IT, and leadership.
