About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workplace Relations Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all workplace relations matters, providing expert advice and support to employees and managers.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, ensuring a positive remote work environment.
    • Conduct investigations into workplace issues, including harassment, discrimination, and performance concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  2. Policy Development and Implementation:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace relations, HR, or a related field, with a strong background in remote work environments.
