Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Senior Online Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our marketing department, you will drive the strategy and execution of online lead-generation campaigns. Your primary goal will be to increase the quantity and quality of leads through innovative and effective online marketing tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive online lead generation strategies to achieve lead targets and drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for lead generation and propose new approaches to enhance lead acquisition.
- Campaign Management:
- Design, launch, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Manage budget allocation and track spending to ensure cost-effective lead generation.
- Use A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance continually.
- Content Development:
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, targeted content that attracts and engages potential leads.
- Develop and refine landing pages, email campaigns, and lead magnets to improve conversion rates and capture high-quality leads.
- Lead Nurturing:
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to engage and convert leads into customers through automated email sequences, personalized content, and targeted follow-up actions.
- Utilize CRM tools to segment leads and tailor communication strategies based on lead behavior and characteristics.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- To assess campaign effectiveness, monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Generate detailed reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize lead-generation efforts.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices for online lead generation.
- Technology and Tools:
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing technologies, tools, and trends to capitalize on new opportunities for lead generation.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools or software that can enhance lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications or courses in digital marketing are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in online lead generation or digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
- Skills:
- Expertise in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across various platforms.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.
