Senior Recruiter (Remote)

Salary: $173,933 per annum
Position Overview:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's talent acquisition strategy, driving recruitment initiatives, and ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent across various functions. This position requires a blend of operational excellence, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various job functions and levels.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand organizational needs and define recruitment goals aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process continually.
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, are used to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to attract diverse talent and enhance the company's employer brand.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings, including interviews and assessments, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide expert guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiations.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
- As needed, foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support specialized hiring requirements.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure recruitment compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment performance, including key metrics, progress against targets, and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment and talent acquisition technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
- Contribute to developing and refining recruitment policies, procedures, and tools to support organizational growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling senior-level and specialized positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly desirable.
