Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Virtual Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying, assessing, and managing risks across various virtual platforms and operations. As a Senior Virtual Risk Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to ensure that our virtual operations adhere to industry best practices, comply with regulatory requirements, and align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Risk Assessment and Management:
   • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for virtual platforms and systems, including software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
   • Identify potential threats and vulnerabilities that could impact the organization’s virtual operations and data security.
   • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks.
   • Monitor and review risk management processes to ensure effectiveness and compliance with established policies.
2. Incident Response and Analysis:
   • Lead investigations into security incidents and breaches involving virtual systems, including data breaches, cyberattacks, and system failures.
   • Analyze incident data to determine root causes and impact, and develop recommendations for corrective actions and preventive measures.
   • Prepare detailed incident reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
3. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:
   • Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to virtual risk management and cybersecurity.
   • Ensure that virtual operations comply with regulatory requirements, including data protection laws and industry-specific regulations.
   • Prepare and maintain documentation to support compliance audits and assessments.
4. Risk Reporting and Communication:
   • Prepare and present risk assessment reports, risk management plans, and incident analyses to senior management and other stakeholders.
   • Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure awareness of risk management policies and procedures.
   • Provide expert advice and guidance on risk-related matters to support informed decision-making.
5. Risk Management Strategy Development:
   • Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management strategies and frameworks tailored to the organization’s virtual operations.
   • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing risk management processes and tools.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management practices into project planning and execution.
6. Training and Awareness:
   • Develop and deliver training programs and awareness campaigns to educate employees on virtual risk management and cybersecurity best practices.
   • Stay abreast of emerging threats and trends in virtual risk management to enhance training content and materials.
7. Vendor and Third-Party Risk Management:
   • Assess and manage risks associated with third-party vendors and partners that have access to the organization’s virtual systems and data.
   • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments of potential and existing vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field, with a focus on virtual systems and operations.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven experience with incident response, security assessments, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and industry-specific guidelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with virtual environments, cloud computing, and cybersecurity tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of risk management tools and software.
• Experience in developing and delivering training and awareness programs.

Work Environment:
