Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration:
- Administer and maintain talent management systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform regular system updates, troubleshoot issues, and manage system configurations to meet organizational needs.
- Coordinate with IT and vendor support teams to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into talent management metrics, including employee performance, engagement, and development.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable recommendations for HR decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all talent management systems.
- System Implementation and Upgrades:
- Support implementing new talent management systems or modules, including project planning, system testing, and user training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop specifications for system upgrades and new features.
- Manage system integration with other HR systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide user support and training to HR staff and employees on the effective use of talent management systems.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and system guides.
- Address and resolve user issues and feedback to improve system usability and satisfaction.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent management practices.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand their needs and propose system solutions that align with business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in talent management technology.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies regarding talent management systems and employee data.
- Implement and maintain system security measures to protect sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with talent management systems or similar HR technology platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with system implementation, integration, and user support.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively train and support users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices for data security.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR technology or systems administration (e.g., HRIS certification).
- Experience with specific talent management systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices related to performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
