Key Responsibilities:

   • Collaborate with project managers to identify resource needs and allocate personnel accordingly.
2. Team Coordination and Support:
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for remote team members, providing support and guidance as necessary.
   • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure seamless workflow and project alignment.
   • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within remote teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
3. Project Management:
   • Oversee the progress of various projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in resource management, project management, or a similar role, with a focus on remote teams.
• Proven track record of successfully managing resources and projects in a virtual environment.
• Strong understanding of remote work tools and technologies, including project management software and collaboration platforms.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively support and engage remote team members.
