Role Overview

As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care using virtual platforms. Your role will involve diagnosing, managing, and treating patients across various conditions while promoting wellness and preventive care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments, including health histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.

• Utilize telehealth technology to provide timely and accurate consultations, adhering to HIPAA and telehealth regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver holistic and efficient patient care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and preventive care measures.
• Stay updated with the latest telemedicine protocols and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of telehealth services.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the United States.
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or similar.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a telehealth setting, is preferred.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and other digital tools.
• Strong clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
