What You'll Do
Patient Care & Coordination
- Work with telehealth physicians to facilitate remote patient assessments and interventions.
- Use advanced telehealth robotics technology to monitor and manage patient data.
- Foster patient trust and ensure they receive top-notch care, regardless of location.
Robotic Systems Management
- Operate and maintain telehealth robotics equipment to ensure smooth functionality.
- Provide technical support during live teleconsultations.
- Continuously upgrade your skills with the latest in telehealth robotic technologies.
Training & Support
- Educate healthcare providers and patients on the effective use of telehealth robotics.
- Serve as a reliable resource for robotics technology insights and best practices.
- Champion telehealth advancements to enhance patient experiences.
Documentation & Reporting
- Keep patient records accurate and secure.
- Review and report system performance data to optimize care processes.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and current license.
- At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience (experience in telehealth is an added advantage).
- A keen interest in merging healthcare and technology to deliver superior outcomes.
Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and emerging medical technologies.
- Problem-solving abilities to address technical issues in real time.
- Familiarity with robotic systems is helpful (training will be provided for newcomers).
