Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Integration:

• Bookkeeping Excellence:
  Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, preparing balance sheets and profit and loss statements, and maintaining the general ledger with precision and efficiency.
• Data Analysis & Insights:
  Use AI-driven analytics to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights for stakeholders. Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in financial records.
• Tool Optimization:
  Evaluate and implement AI-powered bookkeeping tools and software to improve workflow efficiency. Provide recommendations for integrating advanced financial technologies.
• Compliance & Reporting:
  Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations. Prepare periodic financial reports and assist in audit processes with AI-enabled tools for accuracy.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand financial requirements and deliver AI-enhanced solutions.
• Continuous Learning:
  Stay updated on AI, machine learning, and financial technology advancements to introduce innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. A certification in AI/ML or data analytics is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and programming languages like Python, R, or TensorFlow.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and AI-powered bookkeeping platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
• Analytical Skills:
  Exceptional analytical skills to interpret financial data and generate AI-driven insights. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Communication Skills:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex financial and technical information.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 3 years in a bookkeeping or accounting role, with demonstrated experience leveraging AI/ML technologies in financial operations.
