Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Change Management Advisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Change Strategy Development:
    • Partner with senior leadership and project teams to understand the scope and objectives of change initiatives.
    • Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans that align with organizational goals and drive successful outcomes.
    • Analyze the impact of proposed changes on different stakeholders and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
