Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience as a facilitator, trainer, or educator in virtual or in-person settings is essential. Familiarity with virtual learning tools and platforms is also necessary.
• Technical Skills: The candidate must be proficient in using virtual classroom software, learning management systems (LMS), and collaboration tools. Knowledge of tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Blackboard is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
