Job Description:

As a Virtual Cloud Accounting Specialist, you will manage financial records, perform accounting tasks, and offer strategic insights using cloud-based accounting platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud-Based Accounting:

  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of cloud-based accounting tools.
• Financial Management:
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial statements and reports.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data.
• Tax Preparation and Compliance:
  • Assist clients in preparing and filing tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
  • Ensure all financial records meet audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to provide accurate guidance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Develop and manage budgets to help clients achieve financial goals.
  • Provide cash flow analysis and financial forecasting to inform strategic decisions.
