Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Analysis:
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive salary structures and compensation packages.
- Analyze internal compensation data and trends to identify discrepancies and recommend adjustments.
- Evaluate job descriptions, perform job evaluations, and develop job families and pay grades.
- Prepare and present comprehensive compensation reports and recommendations to management.
- Rewards Program Management:
- Design and manage employee reward programs, including recognition initiatives, incentive plans, and benefits offerings.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align reward programs with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of reward programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and guidelines that align with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends, compensation practices, and regulatory changes.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation and rewards data in relevant HR systems.
- Generate and analyze reports on compensation trends, costs, and program effectiveness.
- Use data insights to support strategic decision-making and improve compensation practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for compensation and rewards-related inquiries from employees and managers.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management teams regarding compensation issues and reward program administration.
- Facilitate communication and training sessions on compensation and rewards topics.
- Project Management:
- Lead and participate in compensation and rewards projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and program evaluations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A certification in compensation (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional, CCP) is preferred.
- Proven experience in compensation analysis, rewards management, or a related field, preferably in a remote or virtual work environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and recommendations effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects remotely.
- Knowledge of compensation trends, market practices, and legal requirements.
