Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Performance Monitoring:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data performance.
- Regularly evaluate data accuracy and integrity, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct periodic audits of data sources and reporting systems to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Collaboration and Communication:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, performance analytics, or a related role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
- Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
