Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development:
- Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends, target audience behaviors, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- SEO and SEM Optimization:
- Conducted keyword research and implemented on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze SEO and SEM performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and schedule social media posts, ads, and promotions on various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter).
- Track social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Email Marketing:
- Designed and executed email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and drip campaigns.
- Segment email lists and personalize messages to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze email campaign performance and apply insights to future campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of market changes.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other marketing team members, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide updates on campaign progress.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software).
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media strategies, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
