Position Overview:

We seek an experienced and passionate Virtual Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Manager to join our team. In this remote position, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies that foster an inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement D&I Strategies:
    • Design and execute comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies that align with organizational goals and values.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate D&I principles into business practices, policies, and overall organizational strategy.
    • Conduct needs assessments and develop action plans to address areas of improvement in diversity and inclusion.
  2. Program Management and Oversight:
    • Manage and oversee the implementation of D&I programs, including training, workshops, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles, with a proven track record of implementing successful D&I initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices, trends, and legal requirements.
  • Experience with virtual and remote work environments, with the ability to manage and engage a distributed workforce.
