Key Responsibilities:

- Feedback and Evaluation:

- Deliver constructive and actionable feedback to employees, ensuring clarity and understanding of performance expectations.
- Collaborate with managers and team leads to align coaching efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
- Goal Setting and Development:
- Assist employees in setting realistic and achievable career goals, both short-term and long-term.
- Support employees in creating and executing individual development plans to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Provide resources, tools, and strategies to help employees reach their professional milestones.
- Training and Workshops:
- Design and deliver virtual training sessions and workshops on various topics related to performance improvement, leadership, and personal development.
- Facilitate group coaching sessions and team-building activities to promote collaboration and enhance team dynamics.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in performance coaching and development.
- Communication and Collaboration:

- Resource Management:

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in coaching or related disciplines are a plus.
- Proven experience as a performance coach, career counselor, or similar role, with a track record of successfully improving employee performance.
- Strong understanding of coaching methodologies, performance management, and employee development practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in virtual communication tools and platforms, with the ability to deliver coaching sessions and workshops remotely.
