Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding employee relations issues.

    • Provide expert advice and support to management on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution.

    • Monitor the progress of PIPs and provide ongoing support to managers and employees throughout the process.

    • Prepare regular reports on employee relations metrics for senior management, including case resolution rates, employee satisfaction levels, and compliance issues.

    • Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to developing overall HR strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in employee relations, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations issues in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
