Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation:
    • Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients via video conferencing or phone calls to assess their career goals, skills, and experience.
    • Evaluate clients’ resumes, cover letters, and online profiles to provide constructive feedback and improve their marketability.
  2. Career Development:
    • Assist clients in identifying suitable career paths based on their interests, strengths, and market trends.
    • Develop personalized action plans that outline steps for job searching, networking, and professional development.
  3. Job Search Strategies:
    • Educate clients on effective job search techniques, including leveraging online job boards, networking, and social media platforms.
    • Guide clients in understanding and utilizing various job search tools and resources to enhance their efforts.
  4. Resume and Cover Letter Assistance:
    • Provide in-depth resume writing and editing services, ensuring clients present their qualifications effectively.
    • Assist clients in crafting tailored cover letters that highlight their unique skills and experiences relevant to specific job opportunities.
  5. Interview Preparation:
    • Conduct mock interviews with clients to build their confidence and improve their interviewing skills.
    • Offer feedback on responses, body language, and presentation, helping clients to articulate their value to potential employers.

    • Share insights and data with clients to help them make informed decisions about their career paths.
  7. Networking Support:

  8. Workshops and Group Sessions:
    • Develop and facilitate virtual workshops on topics such as resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.

  9. Tracking Progress:
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, progress, and feedback to measure effectiveness and improve services.
    • Regularly follow up with clients to assess their job search progress and make necessary adjustments to their plans.
  10. Resource Development:
    • Create and curate educational materials, guides, and resources that clients can utilize in their job search.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Career Counseling, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in career advising, recruitment, or human resources.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate clients.
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and platforms.
