What You’ll Do
🎯 Plan and Execute Engaging Virtual Events
- Create innovative and interactive virtual event experiences tailored to client goals
- Organize all stages of event planning, from pre-event logistics to post-event analysis
- Ensure smooth execution of conferences, webinars, networking sessions, and live events
🎯 Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in event planning, virtual events, or related fields

- Problem-Solving: Adaptability and quick decision-making in fast-paced situations
✅ Technical Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with virtual event platforms like Zoom, Hopin, Webex, or similar
- Knowledge of interactive features such as live polling, Q&A sessions, and breakout rooms
- Familiarity with video production and live-streaming tools is an added advantage
