Key Responsibilities

🎯 Event Planning & Coordination

• Develop and oversee the complete planning process of virtual events from conception to execution.
• Collaborate with internal departments, speakers, and stakeholders to define event objectives and goals.
• Design detailed event production schedules, timelines, and logistics checklists to ensure efficiency.
• Manage event registrations, attendee communication, and follow-up strategies to maximize participation.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, event pages, and branded assets.
• Ensure all content, materials, and presentations align with the event theme and messaging.
• Organize technical rehearsals and run-throughs to ensure all stakeholders are well-prepared.

📡 Technical Execution & Event Management

• Select and manage virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex, Hopin, ON24, Microsoft Teams).
• Monitor live event sessions, ensuring all aspects run smoothly, from video streaming to interactive features.
• Oversee the implementation of audience engagement tools such as live Q&A, polls, surveys, and breakout sessions.
• Troubleshoot any technical difficulties before and during live events to minimize disruptions.
• Work with IT and production teams to ensure high-quality video, audio, and presentation content.
• Optimize event settings to enhance accessibility and user experience for all attendees.

🛠 Content Development & Engagement

• Support speakers, presenters, and panelists by ensuring their technical setup is optimized for live streaming.
• Develop strategies to maximize audience participation and engagement during virtual events.
• Ensure all presentations, graphics, and video elements maintain a high production standard.
• Create engaging post-event materials such as highlights, recap videos, and attendee summaries.
• Work alongside design and content teams to enhance branding and messaging consistency.

📊 Post-Event Analysis & Reporting

• Collect and analyze attendee feedback to identify areas of improvement and future opportunities.
• Generate post-event reports detailing engagement metrics, technical performance, and key insights.
• Conduct debrief meetings with stakeholders to refine virtual event strategies for future success.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in virtual event production, event planning, or digital media.
