Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the complete planning process of virtual events from conception to execution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, speakers, and stakeholders to define event objectives and goals.
  • Design detailed event production schedules, timelines, and logistics checklists to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage event registrations, attendee communication, and follow-up strategies to maximize participation.

  • Troubleshoot any technical difficulties before and during live events to minimize disruptions.
