Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of each role.
- Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Prepare and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring teams throughout the interview process.
- Offer Management:
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as needed.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring metrics.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment performance and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
- Candidate Experience:
- Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Address any candidate concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
- Market Research and Trends:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
- Utilize market research to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or hiring specialist, with a track record of successfully filling various positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms, such as video conferencing and collaborative software.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
- Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices and requirements.
