Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Systems Management:
    • I oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of HR information systems, including, but not limited to, Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Perform regular system updates, data migrations, and integrations to ensure the HR systems are up-to-date and functioning smoothly.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide technical support to HR staff and end-users.
  2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Develop and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards related to HR metrics, employee data, and system usage.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making processes.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and data validation checks.
  3. System Implementation and Enhancement:
    • Lead or participate in implementing new HR systems and upgrades, including coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
    • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing HR information systems or similar technology-related roles. Experience with popular HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR information systems and related technologies. Strong understanding of data management, reporting tools, and system integrations.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
