Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
    • Post job openings on various platforms and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all pre-employment requirements are met.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Guide on employee relations issues and work to resolve conflicts or disputes.
    • Implement and maintain employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
  3. HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
    • Process payroll, and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Prepare and manage HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other key metrics.
    • Update and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and practices to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
    • Address and manage any legal or regulatory issues related to employment.
  6. Performance Management:
    • Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
