Key Responsibilities:

2. Content Creation and Management:
   • Create, edit, and distribute compelling content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet updates, announcements, and company-wide messages.
   • Ensure all content is clear, concise, and consistent with the company’s tone and branding.
3. Employee Engagement:
   • Design and execute initiatives to boost employee morale and foster a positive work environment.
   • Organize and facilitate virtual town halls, webinars, and team-building activities to promote interaction and information sharing.
4. Communication Channels:
   • Manage and optimize internal communication platforms like intranet sites, collaboration tools, and social networks.
   • Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, gathering employee feedback to improve communication practices continually.
5. Crisis Communication:
   • Develop and execute crisis communication plans to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination during emergencies or significant organizational changes.
   • Act as a point of contact for internal communications during critical situations, providing clear and supportive messaging.
6. Reporting and Analytics:
   • Track and analyze key metrics related to internal communications, including employee engagement, content reach, and feedback.
   • Prepare regular reports on communication effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
7. Collaboration and Support:
   • Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
   • Support departmental communication needs, including crafting messages and coordinating with relevant teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to craft explicit, engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using internal communication tools and platforms, including content management systems and collaboration software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely, showing initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting related to communication metrics is preferred.
• Familiarity with best practices in employee engagement and crisis communication.
