Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Labor Relations Advisor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Labor Relations Strategy and Guidance:
    • Provide expert advice on labor relations policies, practices, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
    • Develop and implement labor relations strategies to address and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances.
    • Support management and HR teams in interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements and labor laws.
  2. Conflict Resolution and Mediation:
    • Act as a mediator between employees and management to resolve disputes and improve working relationships.
    • Facilitate resolution of conflicts, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes while maintaining a positive work environment.
    • Conduct investigations into employee grievances, complaints, and disputes and provide recommendations for resolution.
  3. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure all virtual work environments adhere to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Monitor changes in labor legislation and update policies and procedures accordingly.
    • Provide training and support to HR and management teams on best practices and legal requirements for labor relations.
  4. Employee Relations:
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees to foster a cooperative and supportive work environment.

    • Ensure all documentation is confidential and complies with legal and regulatory standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, management, and other stakeholders in a virtual setting.
