Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning Strategy Development:
   • Design and implement a comprehensive virtual learning and development strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and growth goals.
   • Analyze organizational needs to determine learning priorities and areas for employee skill enhancement.
   • Incorporate industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies to create a forward-thinking learning ecosystem.
2. Program Design and Implementation:
   • Develop engaging and effective virtual training programs, workshops, and resources tailored to diverse employee roles and learning preferences.
   • Leverage e-learning platforms, webinars, video modules, and collaborative tools to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.
   • Ensure programs are accessible, interactive, and aligned with adult learning principles.
3. Content Development:
   • Oversee the creation of training materials, instructional content, and multimedia resources to support learning initiatives.
   • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
   • Continuously evaluate and update learning materials to reflect industry standards and organizational needs.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
   • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives.
   • Track employee progress, engagement, and satisfaction with training programs.
   • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the impact of learning and development efforts.
5. Team Collaboration and Support:
   • Partner with HR and department leaders to align learning programs with workforce planning and career development goals.
   • Support managers in identifying skill gaps and developing individual and team training plans.
   • Act as a mentor and coach for employees seeking career advancement and professional growth.
6. Technology and Innovation:
   • Stay updated on advancements in virtual learning tools and technologies.
   • Evaluate and recommend digital platforms, apps, and tools to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in learning and development, focusing on virtual and remote training environments.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and e-learning methodologies.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to measure the impact of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Creative problem-solving ability and adaptability to a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
