Position Overview:

As a Virtual Learning Experience Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing engaging and impactful virtual learning environments. Your primary responsibility will be to create innovative and immersive learning experiences that leverage the latest technologies and instructional design methodologies. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including educators, subject matter experts, and learners, to ensure that virtual learning solutions are effective, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Development:
    • Develop comprehensive virtual learning strategies that align with organizational objectives and learner needs.
    • Design and create engaging and interactive virtual learning modules using various tools and platforms.
    • Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to develop content that enhances learner engagement and retention.
  2. Technology Integration:
    • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools to enhance the virtual learning experience.
    • Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies to deliver and track virtual learning programs.
    • Ensure that virtual learning solutions are compatible with various devices and platforms, providing a seamless user experience.
  3. Content Development:
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize content for virtual learning modules.
    • Develop multimedia content to support diverse learning styles and preferences, including video, audio, and interactive elements.
    • Create and maintain documentation, including instructional materials, user guides, and technical specifications.
  4. Quality Assurance and Evaluation:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience designing and developing virtual learning experiences, including proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and multimedia content creation.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in virtual learning and education.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and address learner needs and technical challenges.
