Position Overview: We seek a highly motivated and experienced Virtual LMS Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will manage and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of training programs. You will work closely with various departments to support training initiatives, facilitate virtual learning experiences, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our LMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. LMS Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the LMS, including user management, course setup, and system configuration.
    • Ensure the LMS functions optimally, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with technical support.
    • Regularly update the LMS with new content, features, and system enhancements.
  2. Training Development and Support:
    • Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts to develop and implement online training programs and courses.
    • Assist in designing and creating engaging and interactive eLearning content, including multimedia elements, assessments, and activities.
    • Support trainers and learners by addressing technical issues, answering questions, and facilitating smooth online training experiences.
