Job Summary:

The Virtual Quality Compliance Specialist ensures that the organization adheres to all relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies related to quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

3. Audit and Inspection Management:
   • Prepare for and manage external audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and clients.
   • Act as the primary point of contact during audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and available.
   • Follow up on audit findings, develop corrective action plans, and ensure timely implementation.
   • Maintain comprehensive records of all audits, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
4. Training and Development:
   • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on quality standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance procedures.
   • Ensure that all employees know their roles and responsibilities related to quality and compliance.
   • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams to foster a culture of quality and compliance across the organization.
5. Risk Management:
   • Identify, assess, and manage risks related to quality and compliance.
   • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential non-compliance or quality issues.
   • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management activities to senior management.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Ensure all quality and compliance documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
   • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on compliance status, audit findings, and quality metrics.
   • Maintain a high level of documentation control to support compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Continuous Improvement:
   • Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of quality and compliance processes.

8. Stakeholder Engagement:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality compliance role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
• Certifications: It is highly desirable to be a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), or have a similar certification.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
