Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with operational teams to ensure quality objectives are met and maintained.
- Audit and Inspection Management:
- Prepare for and manage external audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact during audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and available.
- Follow up on audit findings, develop corrective action plans, and ensure timely implementation.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all audits, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
- Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on quality standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance procedures.
- Ensure that all employees know their roles and responsibilities related to quality and compliance.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams to foster a culture of quality and compliance across the organization.
- Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and manage risks related to quality and compliance.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential non-compliance or quality issues.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management activities to senior management.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Ensure all quality and compliance documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on compliance status, audit findings, and quality metrics.
- Maintain a high level of documentation control to support compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of quality and compliance processes.
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies that could enhance quality and compliance efforts.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality compliance role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
- Certifications: It is highly desirable to be a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), or have a similar certification.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
