Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and provide expert guidance on the recruitment process.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to determine the suitability of candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
- Client and Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on job requirements and recruitment progress.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Address any candidate concerns or issues professionally and promptly.
- Applicant Tracking and Reporting:
- Manage an organized applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, including sourcing channels, candidate pipelines, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize strategies.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and emerging recruitment technologies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
- Onboarding Support:
- Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, arranging start dates, and facilitating initial training.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees by addressing any onboarding-related questions or issues.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on best practices and industry standards to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully filling various roles.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
