Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement and Needs Analysis:
   • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, organizational culture, and job requirements.
   • Conduct comprehensive consultations to define job specifications and candidate profiles.
   • Provide expert advice on staffing strategies, market trends, and best practices.
2. Recruitment and Sourcing:
   • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
   • To identify potential candidates, utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
   • Review and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
3. Candidate Management:
   • Maintain an organized database of candidates and track their progress throughout the recruitment process.
   • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
   • Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
4. Job Posting and Advertising:
   • Create compelling job postings that accurately reflect the role and attract top talent.
   • Manage job advertisements across multiple platforms and ensure they are updated regularly.
5. Recruitment Analytics and Reporting:
   • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
   • Prepare and present regular reports on staffing progress, candidate pipelines, and recruitment outcomes.
6. Compliance and Documentation:
   • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, client communications, and recruitment activities.
7. Client Relationship Management:
   • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and delivering results.
   • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
   • Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully filling various roles.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
