Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement and Needs Analysis:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, organizational culture, and job requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to define job specifications and candidate profiles.
- Provide expert advice on staffing strategies, market trends, and best practices.
- Recruitment and Sourcing:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Review and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
- Candidate Management:
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and track their progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Job Posting and Advertising:
- Create compelling job postings that accurately reflect the role and attract top talent.
- Manage job advertisements across multiple platforms and ensure they are updated regularly.
- Recruitment Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on staffing progress, candidate pipelines, and recruitment outcomes.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, client communications, and recruitment activities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and delivering results.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Analytical skills to evaluate candidate qualifications and recruitment strategies.
