Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.

- Vendor Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vendor interactions and transactions.
- Inventory Control:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials and products while minimizing excess stock and waste.
- Develop and implement inventory management systems and procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Analyze inventory data to forecast future needs and trends.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Oversee the transportation and delivery of goods to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
- Work closely with logistics partners to manage shipping schedules, routes, and methods.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to transporting and handling goods.
- Address any issues related to shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Track and report on the status of shipments and deliveries.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, including key metrics such as lead times, costs, and inventory levels.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the supply chain.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

- Customer Service:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with international suppliers and managing global supply chains is a plus.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is desirable.
