  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to managers and team leads to enhance their leadership skills and effectiveness.

6. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations for the jurisdictions where the company operates.
  • Prepare and present reports on key talent metrics, including recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and workforce demographics.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to maintain accurate employee records and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field, with a strong track record in recruitment, employee development, and retention.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of talent management best practices and trends in remote work environments.
