6. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations for the company's jurisdictions.
  • Prepare and present reports on key talent metrics, including recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and workforce demographics.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to maintain accurate employee records and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field, with a strong track record in recruitment, employee development, and retention.
  • Education: A bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A masterโ€™s degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Skills:
