Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Virtual Meetings:
- Plan, organize, and lead regular virtual meetings using various online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Develop agendas and ensure meetings are productive, focusing on outcomes and actionable items.
- Encourage participation from all team members and facilitate discussions to promote collaboration.
- Enhance Team Communication:
- Implement and promote communication tools and strategies to keep team members informed and engaged.
- Create an inclusive environment where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns.
- Address any communication barriers and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Support Team Development:
- Assess team dynamics and identify areas for improvement.

- Monitor Team Performance:

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a team facilitation role, preferably in a remote environment.
- Strong understanding of virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse group of individuals.
- Proven track record of managing team dynamics and fostering a positive team culture.
- Ability to analyze team performance and implement effective strategies for improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
