Key Responsibilities:
- Telehealth Consultation:
- Conduct virtual consultations with patients, assessing their health concerns and providing comprehensive advice and treatment plans.
- Telehealth platforms can conduct video calls, chat sessions, and other virtual interactions, ensuring a seamless and effective consultation process.
- Patient Management:
- Review and interpret patient medical histories, diagnostic tests, and other relevant data to provide accurate medical advice.
- Develop and implement patient care plans with other healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with best practices and clinical guidelines.
- Technology Utilization:
- Navigate and utilize telehealth software and platforms effectively, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on the latest telehealth technologies and trends to enhance service delivery continually.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and follow-up actions in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Generate and analyze reports on patient outcomes and telehealth services to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Patient Education:
- Provide education and guidance to patients on managing their health conditions, understanding treatment options, and effectively utilizing telehealth services.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns empathetically and professionally, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with other healthcare providers, including physicians, specialists, and nurses, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to developing care protocols and best practices.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and telehealth guidelines to ensure the delivery of secure and compliant services.

Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, nursing, or a related discipline, is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in telehealth or healthcare management are preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, focusing strongly on telehealth or virtual care services.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and related technologies is required. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues and the ability to guide patients through telehealth tools.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and understandably.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a patient-centered approach to care, and the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Regulatory Knowledge:
