Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Training Facilitator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Develop Training Content:
   • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive exercises.
   • Ensure all training content is engaging, informative, and aligned with the learning objectives and goals.
   • Continuously update and refine training materials to reflect changes in industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends.
2. Deliver Virtual Training Sessions:
   • Conduct live, virtual training sessions using various online platforms and tools.
   • Facilitate interactive discussions, workshops, and activities to promote participant engagement and knowledge retention.
   • Monitor participant progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning journey.
3. Manage Training Platforms and Tools:
   • Utilize virtual training platforms and tools effectively to deliver training sessions, track participant progress, and manage course materials.
   • Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during virtual training sessions to ensure a smooth learning experience.
4. Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
   • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
   • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing training content and delivery methods.
5. Support Learner Engagement and Success:
   • Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the training process, addressing any questions or concerns.
   • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration.
6. Collaborate with Team Members:
   • Work closely with other facilitators, instructional designers, and team members to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
   • Share best practices and contribute to continuously improving training programs and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master’s degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a virtual trainer or facilitator with a strong track record of delivering successful online training programs.
• Proficiency in using virtual training platforms and tools, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants in a virtual setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in designing and developing instructional materials and e-learning content.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a specific industry or field relevant to the training programs being delivered.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Certification in instructional design or training facilitation.
