Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled and dynamic Virtual Training Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will design, deliver, and manage engaging virtual training programs to enhance participants' skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Design:
    • Develop comprehensive virtual training programs that align with organizational goals and address specific learning needs.
    • Create and structure engaging content, incorporating various instructional methods and multimedia elements to enhance learning outcomes.
    • Utilize data and feedback to improve training materials and methods continuously.
  2. Facilitation and Delivery:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in training and development are a plus.
  • Proven experience designing and facilitating virtual training programs, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants in a virtual environment.
  • Proficiency in using virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) and instructional design tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs and projects simultaneously.
