Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Strategy Development:
   • Design and implement a comprehensive virtual training strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
   • Identify emerging trends and technologies in virtual training to keep programs innovative and effective.
2. Program Design and Delivery:
   • Develop engaging, interactive, scalable training materials, including e-learning modules, webinars, and virtual workshops.
   • Utilize multimedia tools and platforms to deliver high-quality training experiences.
   • Ensure training programs address a diverse set of learning styles and needs.
3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
   • Lead a team of training specialists, instructional designers, and subject matter experts.
   • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and tailor training initiatives accordingly.
   • Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture that promotes innovation and excellence.
4. Performance Metrics and Evaluation:
   • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness.
   • Analyze feedback and performance data to refine training programs and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in training management, particularly in a virtual or remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency in e-learning software, LMS platforms, and other virtual training tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
