Job Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Training Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee training programs across various levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Develop Training Programs:
    • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and skill gaps.
    • Develop comprehensive virtual training programs that align with company goals and support employee career growth.
    • Use instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective eLearning content, webinars, and virtual workshops.
  2. Manage Virtual Learning Platforms:
    • Select and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other virtual training tools to ensure seamless content delivery.

    • Ensure the technical functionality and accessibility of all virtual training resources.
  3. Facilitate Virtual Training Sessions:

    • Monitor participant progress, performance, and completion rates during and after virtual sessions.
    • Support employees during training, including troubleshooting technical issues or questions about content.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years focused on virtual or remote learning.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams).
    • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
