Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Design and Development:
    • Create, design, and develop comprehensive virtual training programs and materials that align with organizational goals and learner needs.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
    • Develop interactive and engaging content, including presentations, videos, simulations, and assessments.
    • Utilize instructional design models and best practices to ensure training effectiveness.
  2. Virtual Training Delivery:
